In march 2020, Bart received the Klara Award

"2019 was a "grand cru" year for Bart Naessens. As a harpsichordist and organist, he made beautiful international tours with ensembles such as Collegium Vocale Ghent, Les Muffatti or with his very own Capriola di Gioia to Japan and the Netherlands. As a conductor he made his debut in Opera Ballet Flanders with B’Rock in the production Mea Culpa by Sidi Larbi Cherkaoui and he performed the Messiah in Brazil."
